Aids households via funds for utilities, medical, and emergency transportation when the resources of social service agencies have been exhausted. Based on referrals from these agencies, the BCC funds grants of up to $100 paid directly to client service providers.

Call 859-243-0222 and leave a message on the service which is checked three times a week.
